The ECI Handbook guides families through the steps to early childhood intervention services and informs them about their rights to ECI services. As an ECI policy requirement, the handbook must be explained and distributed at intake or during enrollment in ECI.

Child Development Brochure
Changes that babies and toddlers go through are made up of different skills, like walking and talking. These skills, or developmental milestones usually happen at certain ages. These brochures provide a list of developmental milestones for parents to watch for as a child develops.
Referral Brochure
This brochure provides information for physicians and other professionals about how to refer a child to ECI and a list of the medical diagnosis with a high probability of developmental delay listed with the ICD-9 Code, and information about the 2-Day Rule.
ECI Preemie Brochure
The ECI Preemie Brochure informs parents of premature infants about the special care their baby may need upon leaving the NICU and how ECI can help. It also includes a tear-out door-hanger listing behaviors parents can watch for as their "Preemie" grows.
Respite Flyer
This flyer provides information about Respite, which is provided to families of children with disabilities currently enrolled in ECI. Respite gives parents the chance to take a break from the constant demands of caring for children with so many needs.
