NEW ADDITION TO BOARD OF DIRECTORS

El Paso, Texas. The Paso del Norte Children’s Development Center (PdN Children’s) has
added Valerie R. Auger to its Board of Directors. The board approved her addition at the February board
meeting, and her first board meeting was on Monday, March 28, 2022.
Ms. Auger is a partner with Kemp Smith in the firm’s Trial Department. Prior to rejoining Kemp Smith, Ms.
Auger was a shareholder at a local law firm specializing largely in transportation law. She is a graduate of
Tulane University Law School, Marquette University, and the College of William and Mary.
